Szechuan Beef
1. 200 grams of beef
2. 2 tablespoons of cooking wine
3. 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
4. Salt
5. 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
6. 50 grams of Chinese celery or green onions
7. 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
8. 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger
9. 1/2 tablespoon of chili flakes
10. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
11. 1 tablespoon of sugar
12. 1 tablespoon of vinegar
Cut the beef into small pieces.
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, soy sauce and salt to this. Add the cooking oil. Mix well and let it marinate for an hour.
Cut the celery into small pieces. Add some oil to the pan and when it is hot, add the celery and fry it. When it is well browned, add the remaining cooking wine.
Remove this to a separate bowl and add oil to the same pan again, add the beef and fry it well. Add the chopped garlic, ginger, chili flakes, soy sauce and vinegar to this and mix well. Finally, add the celery and mix well.
