🔸 Ingredients

For the mushrooms

Mushrooms – 250 grams

Onion – 1 (sliced lengthwise)

Raw chili – 2–3 pods

Fish chili – 1 pod (cut into squares)

Garlic – 7–8 cloves (chopped)

Ginger – a little (cooked)

Vegetable oil – 1/2 tablespoon

Corn flour – 3/4 teaspoon

Water – 2 teaspoons

Salt – to taste

Pepper – to taste

Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon

Soy sauce – to taste

Oil for frying – as needed


🔸 For the batter mixture

Bread flour – 5–6 tablespoons

Corn flour – 3 tablespoons

Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon

Salt – a little

Water – as needed

👩‍đŸŗ How to make

1️⃣ Preparing the mushrooms

Wash the mushrooms well.

Cut them into small pieces.

2️⃣ Preparing the batter

Combine the bread flour, corn flour, pepper, and salt.

Add water little by little and mix well until it becomes a sticky batter.

3️⃣ Frying the mushrooms

Add oil to a frying pan and heat it well.

Dip the mushroom pieces in the batter and fry them in the oil until golden brown.

Place the fried mushrooms on a tissue paper and let the oil drain.

4️⃣ Preparing the spicy mixture

Take another pan.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat it.

Add the onions and fish sauce and fry for a while.

Then add the ginger, garlic, and green chilies and fry until the onions turn brown.

 5️⃣ Adding Flavor

Add salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce.

Now add the fried mushrooms to this mixture and stir well over low heat.

6️⃣ Final Step

2 teaspoons of water

3/4 teaspoon of corn flour

👉 Add and cook for another 2 minutes.

Ingredients:


500 grams noodles


1/4 cup finely chopped leeks


2 carrots, thinly sliced


1 zucchini, thinly sliced ​​(not essential. If you can find it, use it.)


1/4 cup tomato sauce


3 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce


1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced ​​(remove seeds and chop)


3 ½ tablespoons sesame oil


1 teaspoon chili powder


2 tablespoons brown sugar


1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toss in a pan for a bit)


A pinch of salt


1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice


How to make:


First, you need to boil the noodles. Here's how to do it. Take a large pot and add water to it. Add a pinch of salt.  Now increase the heat and bring the water to a boil. When the water boils, add the noodles. Then, stirring occasionally, boil the noodles. It will take about 5 minutes to boil. If you boil it too much, it will not work. Then the noodles will become mushy. That is, if you boil it too much, the noodles will stick together. So, you need to watch it carefully and boil it.


After boiling, drain the water from the noodles well.


Then, rinse the noodles with cold water for about two more minutes. Now the hard work is over.


Next, take a slightly larger bowl and add sugar, tomato sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and lime juice to it and stir until the sugar dissolves.


Now, add leeks, carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, sesame seeds, and chili flakes to the noodles and stir. Don't stir too much.


 Refrigerate this for about two hours before eating. That's it! Now all the work is done. That's how you make noodle salad.

Ingredients:


4 slices of sandwich bread


4 tablespoons of melted butter


A little grated Cheddar Cheese


4 hot dogs


How to make:


First, we need to preheat the oven to 350°C. The last thing we need to do is put the hot dogs in the oven and bake them. The oven should be at the same temperature as the last one. So, don't turn off the oven at any time because "it's hot now"..!


Now take the bread slices and butter one side of each slice.


Next, place the bread slices on a clean surface with the buttered side down. There will be a little butter on that surface. Don't think too much about it.


Then sprinkle some cheese on top of the bread slices.


 Now take the hot dog and place it on top of these bread slices. You need to place it in a way that the two ends of the bread slices are connected.


Then, spread some more cheese and add the other two ends of the bread slices (not the two ends where the two corners of the hot dog are touching).


Then the bread slice will be like a triangle. At this point, you need to take a toothpick and hold it in place. Otherwise, it will fall apart while baking.


Now, place this on a tray that you can put in the oven and put it in the oven that we previously heated and bake it for about 14 minutes until the bread is toasted.

Spaghetti

Let's make delicious spaghetti with tomato cream sauce, shall we?  Let's see how to make spaghetti like this..


Ingredients:


Spaghetti 500g


2 - 3 tablespoons butter


3 - 4 cloves of garlic, chopped


1 green onion, chopped


500g tomatoes


3 - 4 tablespoons tomato sauce


1 teaspoon soy sauce (only if available)


½ tablespoon chopped basil leaves (only if available)


½ tablespoon dried oregano (only if available)


1 ½ tablespoons chopped parsley leaves


Chilled chili (to taste)


Salt (to taste)


Pepper powder (to taste)


Lime juice (to taste)


Fresh milk  (Fresh Milk) 175ml


Fresh Cream or Heavy Cream 75ml


Grated Parmesan Cheese ¼ - ½ cup


How to make:


First, wash the tomatoes well, cut them into 4 pieces and steam them for about 10 minutes.


Then let them cool down a bit, peel them, cut them into pieces, crush them and pass them through a sieve. (If you prefer, you can take them without crushing them or passing them through a sieve.)


Now, put a pot on the stove over medium heat, add the butter and let it heat up a little.


Then add the garlic and onion and sautÊ for about 3 - 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is soft.


 Now add the chopped tomatoes, dried oregano and chopped parsley and cook until they are cooked.


Then reduce the heat and add the basil leaves and cook until the liquid has reduced.


When the mixture thickens, add the tomato sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice and cook for another 5 minutes.


Next, reduce the heat and add the fresh milk, salt to taste, and pepper powder and mix well.


Now, reduce the heat to low and cook the mixture until it thickens.


Meanwhile, add salt and a little oil to the boiling water for the spaghetti, bring to a boil, and drain the water.


When the liquid in the tomato mixture has reduced and thickened well, add the fresh cream/heavy cream, mix well, and cook for about 2-3 minutes.


 Then add the boiled spaghetti, mix well and turn off the heat for about a minute.


Finally, top with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley and serve hot.

2 red apples

½ yellow bell pepper

½ green bell pepper

100 grams spinach leaves, soaked in hot water and drained

2 tablespoons finely grated cheese

1 pinch of crushed garlic

1 large onion, diced Mayonnaise sauce 2 tablespoons

Salt to taste


How to make


Cut the apple bell pepper and spinach into cubes. Mix the mayonnaise, lime, salt, and pepper with a fork. Add the apple bell pepper, onion, and spinach leaves, cut into small cubes, and mix. Place in a dish and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Szechuan Beef

1. 200 grams of beef


2. 2 tablespoons of cooking wine


3. 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce


4. Salt


5. 1 tablespoon of cooking oil


6. 50 grams of Chinese celery or green onions


7. 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic


8. 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger


9. 1/2 tablespoon of chili flakes


10. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce


11. 1 tablespoon of sugar


12. 1 tablespoon of vinegar


Cut the beef into small pieces.


Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, soy sauce and salt to this. Add the cooking oil. Mix well and let it marinate for an hour.


Cut the celery into small pieces.  Add some oil to the pan and when it is hot, add the celery and fry it. When it is well browned, add the remaining cooking wine.


Remove this to a separate bowl and add oil to the same pan again, add the beef and fry it well. Add the chopped garlic, ginger, chili flakes, soy sauce and vinegar to this and mix well. Finally, add the celery and mix well.

Ingredients:


3 potatoes


1 bell pepper, diced


1 large onion, diced


2 cloves garlic, minced


2 tablespoons tomato sauce


1 tablespoon oyster sauce


Salt to taste


Pepper to taste


A few chili flakes


Dried oregano


1 tablespoon oil


How to make:


First, wash the potatoes well and microwave them for 8 minutes with their skins on. Otherwise, boil them halfway.


Then, scoop out the center of the potatoes with a spoon. This needs to be done very carefully or they will break. Mine didn't come out that well.


 How to make the filling:


First, heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic, bell pepper, and onion, and cook for a while.


Add salt and pepper to taste.


Add tomato sauce, oyster sauce, and some dried oregano to the mixture, mix well, and turn off the heat.


Now fill the potatoes that have been removed from the middle with this mixture.


Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top.


Bake at 200 Celsius for 15 minutes.

 Ingredients:

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

1 large carrot (sliced diagonally)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 tbsp soy sauce

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp sesame oil (optional for extra flavor)


1. Blanch the Broccoli:


Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch broccoli for 1-2 minutes.

Drain and set aside.


2.SautÊ the Vegetables:


Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Toss in carrots and cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened.

Add mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.


3.Add Broccoli & Seasoning:


Stir in the blanched broccoli.

Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and sesame oil.

Stir-fry everything for 1-2 more minutes.

Delicious Chili Prawns 

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves three)

20 prawns
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon each of chopped ginger and garlic
2 dried chillies, chopped into small pieces
3 onions
2 bell peppers or fish chillies, chopped into half-inch pieces
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons red chilli sauce
1 tablespoon green chilli sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
A few green onions
1 teaspoon cornflour dissolved in 1 tablespoon water

For marinating the prawns

Ingredients- 

20 prawns
1 teaspoon soy sauce  1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tsp cornflour
Water if required
Oil for deep frying

Method of preparation:-

Step 1

Take a bowl and put all the ingredients for the marinade except the oil in a bowl and mix them.

Then take a deep pan and heat the oil and fry the prawns.

Fry until golden brown and set aside.

Step 2

Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil.

Add the ginger, garlic, and chopped dried chillies.

Add the chopped onions.

Add the fish sauce or bell pepper.

Add the soy sauce, red and green chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.

Now add the fried prawns. Mix well.

Add the dissolved cornflour.  Mix well.

Finally, sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top.

Enjoy while hot.

Ingredients:


Spaghetti 150g


pancetta (bacon) 75g


tomato sauce 100g


A pinch of red salt


A pinch of pepper


Salt to taste


A pinch of white wine (if desired)


Olive oil


A pinch of pecorino cheese


How to make:


First, heat a pan, add a little olive oil to it, cut the pancetta into small pieces and fry it slightly.


Add red salt, chili powder and a little wine if desired.


Then add the tomato sauce and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.


Add a little salt to the spaghetti and add it to the sauce in the pan.


Add a little more olive oil and mix well.


Now you can eat it hot with some pecorino cheese.


The sauce does not need salt at all. Because the pancetta and cheese contain salt. If you like it s

picy, add more chili.

Baked Eggs with Potatoes, Mushrooms & Cheese - 




 **Ingredients:**

- 3 potatoes (peeled and cubed)

- 1 tablespoon of oil

- 600 grams of minced meat (cut into small pieces)

- 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

- 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves

- 140 grams of grated cheddar cheese

- 4 eggs


**Instructions:**

1. **Preheat the Oven:** Start by preheating your oven to 180°C. This allows the oven to reach the desired temperature while you prepare the other ingredients.


2. **Boil the Potatoes:** Place the cubed potatoes in a pot with some water and let them boil for about 5 minutes. After boiling, drain the water.


3. **Cook the Mixture:** In a pan, heat the oil and add the boiled potatoes, minced meat, and chopped garlic. Cook this mixture for about 5-8 minutes until the potatoes turn slightly brown and the meat is tender. Be careful not to overcook it.
