 Chili Prawns



Delicious Chili Prawns 

Preparation time - 10 minutes

Ingredients (serves three)

20 prawns
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon each of chopped ginger and garlic
2 dried chillies, chopped into small pieces
3 onions
2 bell peppers or fish chillies, chopped into half-inch pieces
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons red chilli sauce
1 tablespoon green chilli sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon pepper
A few green onions
1 teaspoon cornflour dissolved in 1 tablespoon water

For marinating the prawns

Ingredients- 

20 prawns
1 teaspoon soy sauce  1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tsp cornflour
Water if required
Oil for deep frying

Method of preparation:-

Step 1

Take a bowl and put all the ingredients for the marinade except the oil in a bowl and mix them.

Then take a deep pan and heat the oil and fry the prawns.

Fry until golden brown and set aside.

Step 2

Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil.

Add the ginger, garlic, and chopped dried chillies.

Add the chopped onions.

Add the fish sauce or bell pepper.

Add the soy sauce, red and green chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.

Now add the fried prawns. Mix well.

Add the dissolved cornflour.  Mix well.

Finally, sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top.

Enjoy while hot.

Spaghetti Amatriciana

 Spaghetti Amatriciana




Ingredients:


Spaghetti 150g


pancetta (bacon) 75g


tomato sauce 100g


A pinch of red salt


A pinch of pepper


Salt to taste


A pinch of white wine (if desired)


Olive oil


A pinch of pecorino cheese


How to make:


First, heat a pan, add a little olive oil to it, cut the pancetta into small pieces and fry it slightly.


Add red salt, chili powder and a little wine if desired.


Then add the tomato sauce and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.


Add a little salt to the spaghetti and add it to the sauce in the pan.


Add a little more olive oil and mix well.


Now you can eat it hot with some pecorino cheese.


The sauce does not need salt at all. Because the pancetta and cheese contain salt. If you like it s

picy, add more chili.

🍰330 grams flour

🍰50 grams cocoa powder

🍰30 grams corn flour


🍭đŸŦMix with the beaten eggs, add a little vanilla, place in a round dish or any other flat dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. (Cut the sponge cake)

🍰250 grams of sugar

🍰200 ml of water

🍰50 grams of coffee powder (nescafe)


🍭đŸŦCoffee butter cream


🍰300 grams of butter

🍰300 grams of icing powder


🍭đŸŦBeat well and add melted nescafe to taste


Take a spoonful of coffee syrup under the cut sponge cake, spread the coffee butter cream, make a layer like that, spread the syrup all around the sponge cake, spread a thin layer of butter cream and put it in the fridge, take it out after about an hour and spread the butter cream again for finishing.👍

Baked Eggs with Potatoes, Mushrooms & Cheese - 




 **Ingredients:**

- 3 potatoes (peeled and cubed)

- 1 tablespoon of oil

- 600 grams of minced meat (cut into small pieces)

- 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)

- 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves

- 140 grams of grated cheddar cheese

- 4 eggs


**Instructions:**

1. **Preheat the Oven:** Start by preheating your oven to 180°C. This allows the oven to reach the desired temperature while you prepare the other ingredients.


2. **Boil the Potatoes:** Place the cubed potatoes in a pot with some water and let them boil for about 5 minutes. After boiling, drain the water.


3. **Cook the Mixture:** In a pan, heat the oil and add the boiled potatoes, minced meat, and chopped garlic. Cook this mixture for about 5-8 minutes until the potatoes turn slightly brown and the meat is tender. Be careful not to overcook it.


4. **Add Coriander Leaves:** After the mixture is cooked, add the chopped coriander leaves and let it cook for another minute.


5. **Prepare the Baking Dish:** Take a baking dish and spread the potato and meat mixture evenly across the bottom. Do not press it down too much.


6. **Add Cheese:** Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.


7. **Add More Coriander Leaves:** Take the remaining coriander leaves and sprinkle them over the cheese.


8. **Add Eggs:** Make four small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well. Use a spoon to gently mix the eggs into the mixture if needed.


9. **Bake:** Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
