 🍄 Spicy Mushroom





🔸 Ingredients

For the mushrooms

Mushrooms – 250 grams

Onion – 1 (sliced lengthwise)

Raw chili – 2–3 pods

Fish chili – 1 pod (cut into squares)

Garlic – 7–8 cloves (chopped)

Ginger – a little (cooked)

Vegetable oil – 1/2 tablespoon

Corn flour – 3/4 teaspoon

Water – 2 teaspoons

Salt – to taste

Pepper – to taste

Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon

Soy sauce – to taste

Oil for frying – as needed


🔸 For the batter mixture

Bread flour – 5–6 tablespoons

Corn flour – 3 tablespoons

Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon

Salt – a little

Water – as needed

👩‍🍳 How to make

1️⃣ Preparing the mushrooms

Wash the mushrooms well.

Cut them into small pieces.

2️⃣ Preparing the batter

Combine the bread flour, corn flour, pepper, and salt.

Add water little by little and mix well until it becomes a sticky batter.

3️⃣ Frying the mushrooms

Add oil to a frying pan and heat it well.

Dip the mushroom pieces in the batter and fry them in the oil until golden brown.

Place the fried mushrooms on a tissue paper and let the oil drain.

4️⃣ Preparing the spicy mixture

Take another pan.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat it.

Add the onions and fish sauce and fry for a while.

Then add the ginger, garlic, and green chilies and fry until the onions turn brown.

 5️⃣ Adding Flavor

Add salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce.

Now add the fried mushrooms to this mixture and stir well over low heat.

6️⃣ Final Step

2 teaspoons of water

3/4 teaspoon of corn flour

👉 Add and cook for another 2 minutes.
