 Dry Fish - Karawala Sambola





Ingredients:


100 grams of dried fish


50 grams of red onion


1 tablespoon of dried chili flakes


1 tablespoon of chopped curry leaves


1/2 teaspoon of chopped coriander


1 tablespoon of lemon juice


How to make:


Cut and wash the dried fish, roast it on charcoal or in a pan and chop it.


Chop the chilies finely, add the onion, curry leaves, chopped coriander, chop it again, add the chopped dried fish, add lemon juice and taste.
