We always think of fried rice on special occasions because that's what we're always tempted to make. This type of rice, which is an Indian type of rice, is very delicious. This type of rice is enjoyed with skim milk.  I grated the cucumber peel and added a teaspoon of salt, pepper and lemon juice to the skimmed milk. If you have pan-toasted meat or fish, it is even more delicious.


Ingredients


Two cups of cooked basmati rice (cook it with a little turmeric and salt so that it is not mushy)


1 chopped onion


Ginger garlic paste


01 teaspoon of mustard


Caramel


Cashew nuts/peanuts


02 tablespoons of oil (those who like a spicy taste should use spicy)


01 dried chili pods, cut in half


03 chopped raw chili pods


50ml lemon juice (500g rice)


01 teaspoon of sugar


Salt and pepper to taste


Chopped coriander leaves  A little


Method of preparation


Put the pan on the stove and add oil and when it is hot, add the mustard. Then add the ginger garlic paste and curry leaves. When they are fried, add the big onion, dried chilies, green chilies, cashew nuts and let them fry. Now add the rice and stir. After a while, add the lemon juice and salt and pepper powder to taste and add a teaspoon of sugar. After a while, a good aroma will come. Then turn off the stove and add the coriander leaves and stir. That's it. This is a delicious rice that can be made simply without any sauces or seasonings. If you like, try it.
