Spaghetti Amatriciana
Ingredients:
Spaghetti 150g
pancetta (bacon) 75g
tomato sauce 100g
A pinch of red salt
A pinch of pepper
Salt to taste
A pinch of white wine (if desired)
Olive oil
A pinch of pecorino cheese
How to make:
First, heat a pan, add a little olive oil to it, cut the pancetta into small pieces and fry it slightly.
Add red salt, chili powder and a little wine if desired.
Then add the tomato sauce and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Add a little salt to the spaghetti and add it to the sauce in the pan.
Add a little more olive oil and mix well.
Now you can eat it hot with some pecorino cheese.
The sauce does not need salt at all. Because the pancetta and cheese contain salt. If you like it s
picy, add more chili.
